Thank you for your 1 star review. I am the Branch Manager for Bracketts in Tonbridge and was in the office today when you spoke to my colleague Ruth. I do not think she was insinuating that you are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Whilst we appreciate your concerns and that you are currently selling your home and this is no doubt having an impact. Both Ruth and Wendy have spoken to the tenant on several occasions and I believe items have been disposed of in the past, it is unfortunate that ...

What a Shambles of a company, a large piece of land went on the market (apparently), it was close to my house, I rang 3 times over 24 hours and was told someone would contact me back, then told they would email me, no one knew the price of the land, only 1 person was dealing with it and they had gone home. Totally unprofessional, 1 week later still no reply, needless to say my commercial properties wont be on the market with this firm>:) ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
