Awful. All sweetness and light when they want your business, but once you've moved out don't expect to get your deposit back in full. Spurious 'cleaning charges' magically appear. Repairs take forever, if they happen at all, and they just keep blaming the landlord and relinquish all responsibility. Avoid them. ...
