What agent could do to change your mind?
Try to understand your customers' perspective. Don't patronise your clients, and perhaps an apology for your errors would be a start.

Exactly the same experience here. They had the property we bought on the market for well over a year, but when we started the conveyancing process it was totally unready for sale - missing building regs, FENSA certificates - you name it. Wasted huge amounts of our solicitors time (and our money) chasing and chasing to get things done, with total incompetence from the Bourne team *. Ugh!! And even at the end, when they knew they'd fouled up, not a whimper of an apology - they clearly didn't care ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more diligent in ensuring the appropriate repair was done in due time. I have not heard from Bourne for more than a week now.

Bourne has provided a dehumidifier and, although some of the root causes are no longer present, such as the damp weather, I have had no resurgence of the mould. Cristina and Lisa have remediated the situation in a very efficient way. Marco Calhorda ...
