Bourne had the lowest of the fees being charged by Estate Agents in the area although I did find them to be very high especially when they do a minimal of paper work and I had to chase to be sent the inventory and a copy of the signed agreement. The company that they use to carry out the inventory did not complete a very thorough documentation and I had to request several issues to be added.

We were happy to pay the agency fees and they were very reasonable in comparison. It was just the referencing agency ( Let Risks) fees that i begrudged slightly.
