I am the seller and builder of this property and I think it is very unfair to be blaming the agent given it was them who were urging me to stick with yourselves as a buyer. Unfortunately your demands for changes to the property and the need for your buyer to have completed by the end of July were just not going to be possible, hence why I withdrew from the sale to yourselves.
