They seem lower than most. The test would come if there were any issues with the tendency but I get the impression that David is very good at finding tenderness and landlords who won't cause problems.

I am not aware of the exact Fee charges, as I had rent the property before it was sold and started being managed by Blue Bubble Lettings. However, the transition/transfer from the old agency to the new owner and to Blue Bubble Lettings was very smooth and quick, which greatly pleased me.
