Would not recommend these guys, steer clear!
I spent 4 months in a property managed by Black Tie, they hardly ever respond to emails, they are always in meetings when you call and though the receptionist promises a callback, I've never gotten one.

Apologies that you feel we do not satisfy the rules of our own tenancy, i would like to point out that we do stringently apply to the rules of practice as we are governed heavily.
