worst experience ever... been chansing for a property for more than 6 months. no repies, when called agents not available... and later advertised as under offer. not sure may be the deals go through back door. request land lords not to go with them, may be they are not exploring all the options ... Worst agent ever! 0-star. Both rental and purchase agents farcical. The checkout process and the estimate for repairs is overinflated, curiously matching the deposit amount so that they can com you out of your money!! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
