Never easy selling a deceased relatives property.
Delays to the sale were due to our solicitor managing not to locate the house deeds.
Good advice from BFL regarding replacement deeds.
Valuation was spot on for Probate.

We had meetings with 3 West Kirby Estate Agents. The meeting with Guy Roberts (Valuer) of Bradshaw Farnham & Lea was the most professional, informative and comfortable, he also suggested the highest valuation and the lowest charges. Sold property within 3 weeks at full valuation, couldn't be happier.
