What agent could do to change your mind?
Berkshire Estates should not forcibly restrict people from working with other estate agents. They were not very polite to me and told me not to come back as I was leaving their building. Very rude indeed.

Be very careful in dealing with this agency if you are a landlord. I just managed to escape from this bunch of very unprofessional people: they treat the landlord's cash as their own money and hold on to it for long periods of time (weeks/months) after collecting it from the tenants in advance. If you go around to have a polite chat about the rent money he is holding on to, Lee creates a drama, and calls the police. Luckily even the police do not take him seriously anymore because everyone can s ...
