Update: took me almost 6 months but i have finally got the deposit off this rogue agent. Had to get the deposit protection scheme involved. They are well aware of rogue agents like Lee so were more than happy to help. ...

Hi, I had a similar experience with Alex and with the staff at Berkshire Estates. I am a landlord and I was prepared to give them two of my properties for lettings. The staff are very rude and can act aggressive. Its almost impossible to make any form of internal complaint against Alex or his colleagues. Do not use this company whatsoever. ...
