Fees are cheap.. obviously. Renting and selling is an easy job when dealing with decent people... hence the positive reviews... but the reason for paying an agent is to help when things go wrong. Instead BEA made things so much worse.

I am afraid their "profit" is not from the letting "fees". Going by my experience with this firm, it was more like my entire rental income became their profit, because they kept the entire rent for many months. Be aware of this firm if you are a landlord. Can't comment on sales because did not sell anything through them. ...

Berkshire Estage Agent took advantage of me be cause They realised I needed the property badly They ask me to pay a deposit of £1200 plus 1 month rent including administration Of £400 the same day before even finishing the referencing. I paid £2800 in May to them. I was to move to the property by 20th June 2017 They started playing me tricks about how referencing is not going through. I contacted the referencing agency and realised they have put wrong details about my previous Landlord ...
