I couldnt agree more, he treats landlords just as bad takes a years rent then pays it late if you are lucky enough to get it at all. I have literally been through a year of hell and he has all the lies under the sun why he cant pay the rent! They still owe me money now! ...

We are going through the same thing. Owed a lot of money and getting constantly fobbed off by Lee and we come to the estate agents to face Lee we are being told we need to make an appointment to come and see him. Funny that. Not to mention his threatening and aggressive behaviour. As above though property ombudsman is The one who we going through to try and get our money back before taking further actions ...
