Agents fees are ridiculous in my opinion. Not only that but the price has now gone up.. It doesn't make a lot of sense.. Paperwork is emailed to us.. Landlords pay fees and we pay rent which is costing enough...

The fees did seem a bit much, especially when you factor in the deposit, first months rent and inventory fee it led to a very expensive start. However you would expect it at other agencies and the service here was excellent, so took some of the pain out of the cost.
