I really think It would be unprofessional to respond any further to your comments. I have viewed the photographic evidence that you were supplied with of the shower when the tenants vacated and there is no visual evidence of the condition of the grouting missing that you have shown in the photo that you have chosen to add to your review. I will not be responding any further and await the outcome from the Property Ombudsman who I am sure will take into account all of the evidence provided to them ...

I take on board your comments however due to the number of inspections that Katy has to do in a day we had to change our procedure to ensure that we met with all of our tenants individual needs. Katy can carry out any inspection with our management keys should you not require to take time off.
