This firm are awful full of promises never do anything to help even when paying them with full control of letting ended up tenants doing a runner oweing £1400 in unpaid rent ..any problems we had to phone them still nothing done when house was trashed .....

Deal with issues and know what they are doing. Treat tenants with respect!

Never rented through a company that can generate as many fees as these guys, they never seem to do anything to earn it. Tenants are second class citizens in their eyes .... steer well clear if you are a tenant....
