Bad, fees are through the roof and we found out that.sone of our neighbours paid alot less money to move in and also got offered the same apartments with cheaper rent! They seem to make it all up as they go along

To further add - here are by laws found all over the internet provided by Belvoir. Landlords and agents will generally require access to the property periodically, to carry out maintenance works or general property inspections. However, they are required to provide the tenant with 24 hours written notice of their upcoming visit. SHOULD A TENANT REFUSE ACCESS THE LANDLORD OR AGENT, DOES NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO ENTER THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PIOR PERMISSION. The only exception to this, is if acces ...
