Thankyou for your review. I agree, there should be better and easier ways to remove tenants who are not paying, but we have to follow the current processes and the system can take a long time to recover a property. Unfortunately with the best referencing in place sometimes tenants can fall into arrears. This can be due to loss of job, illness, breakups or they may just stop paying for reasons unknown. Thankfully, you took out our rent guarantee protection which ensured all the rent continued to ...
