Thank you for you review, However i do not understand the comments made? When the issue was reported the leak was said to be coming from the washing machine and the appliance engineer came out however this wasnt the issue and on his report we instructed a plumber to come out and the issue was rectified and updates made through out with regards to unprofessional manner i have listened back to the maintenance calls and havent come accross any calls that would or could appear to be unprofessional ...
