We are, of course, very sorry to hear your views on the sale/purchase of your old rental properties. As previously explained, we had a change in circumstances after we had committed to the property that meant that we needed the cash for a much larger investment. It was not our plan to sell the properties but this became necessary in order for us to move forward as a business.
