The DPS did not make Belvoir aware in a timely way of the tenant’s claim. This and other COVID related factors resulted in Belvoir not being able to make the claim before the DPS deadline passed ** As it was clear that the Landlord would have won the amount claimed for from the bond ** We agreed to credit the Landlord the full amount of £605.00. ** This has never happened before in all the years that we have been trading. ** Belvoir Doncaster have won over 95% of the funds claimed for on the ...
