Hi Sam Thank you for your comments. We were advised by the landlord that for personal reasons he required possession of his property. Janette my Office Manager personally contacted you by phone to advise you, you were going to be served with a section 21. Janette explained the process to you and she said you would have first refusal on any property that we had available or coming soon to the market that would be suitable for you.
