What agent could do to change your mind?
Check emails for spelling mistakes before sending; ensure customers' name is spelt correctly; update customers on a regular basis as to how viewings are progressing; do not use, or allow visitors to the property, to use facilities and leave them in an unacceptable state; answer emails instead of ignoring them; discuss any areas of concern with the customer rather than employ underhand tactics such as pulling advertising without customer's prior knowledge or consent and employ a more professional attitude. Would also recommend further training for all staff at Belvoir Stirling.

Hey, I didn't get notice that you posted this action and have just randomly read it as we are still waiting for our deposit back. most people only post a review when they have had a bad experience, for every bad review on here there will be hundreds of examples of good work done by belvoir as last year they won the letting agent of the year and this year came second. sadia i can almost guarantee that if you had a good experience you wouldn't be on here saying how good belvoir are, the fact is everyone likes to moan and that all your doing is being petty and moaning like a small child perhaps you should grow up ...

An inventory is for everyones protection, its protecting your deposit! However, the landlord usually pays towards this and you should have been aware of this cost prior to taking the property. The £500 you pay is for the rent, and I am sure the £800 you paid is for the deposit, the Agent takes a very small percentage of this money, around £50.00 so its pretty irrelevant what car he drives, if he works hard who are you to critisize him?
