As a landlord they are dreadful. They say one thing to you on he phone and then something totally different in a 'later' email. They say say they will look after your property (yes the central heating will be left on for a few hours in midwinter - after the tenant has left and the property is vacant) and then they refuse and refuse and refuse to return that 1 phonecall (in December, during the frost, when you need to be told that the heating has actually been left on for a few hours and someon ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Tell the truth during viewings, respond to email / inquiries, do what a letting agent is supposed to do and sort out issues with the property. Provide the same level of courtesy to customer care they afford potential to their actual tenants who have paid the ‚£215 fee and pay their wages and pay for Mr Mahils very expensive car.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Care for the tenant, check things work before they rent properties and actually do what they say first time round. The handling of the dvd inventories and deposits needs vast improvement. Oh and attend all viewings rather than blaming you for them not being in their diary or leaving you in the rain outside a building for an hour!

Will cause you complete stress and hassle and arent members of ARLA so no protection when they mess up your tenancy! Completely terrible agents, takes them weeks to advertise the property Never return calls. Pay rent to me late every month I had to call them to say the rent hadnt been paid (tenant hadnt paid 2mths rent and they didnt even notice!) High turnover of staff Staff have no clue how lettings work, obviously not trained Staff are rude and unproffesional on the phone, very negative/fobb you off as much as they can, say the person you are calling for is out of the office (when you can hear them in the background!).

We are having the exact same problems with the Whitehave office, no one returns my calls, tenant hasnt paid rent and I have been told to chase it up myself (we are paying for a fully managed package!) No one ever returns our calls, I am actually sending them a phone bill to show how many calls we have made to them over the 3 months we have used them. I cannot wait until the 6 month contract is up. Never would use Belvoir again. ...

OMGGGGG i am a tenant with Belvoir - Chorlton Office and they are CONSTANTLY insinuating I'm lying when i present them with a problem i.e. the lighting not working, radiators not heated and strong damp smells... Also i tripped on a step that wasn't highlighted with warning signs and cracked a window, they charged me £345 for the repair with additions for damaged lock...
