What agent could do to change your mind?
Find some morals, pick up your phone, understand that people respond to quality service and fairness. You may have made money from us for 2 years but rest assured you will never gain my or any of my friends business ever again because of the horrible service you provide. I'm a teacher and I get to wake up every morning knowing that I'll have a positive impact on many peoples lives. You must wake up every morning knowing that you're having a largely negative impact. You need to reverse that if you are going to succeed, not in business, but rather as a human being.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been honest, open and 100% truthful about their knowledge of the property, misrepresentation does nobody any favours. Quickly fixed all the problems with the property (there are multiple problems) and fixed them to a high standard. Don't ignore customer's calls, it is unprofessional, rude and pathetic and certainly not the kind of service I would expect to be paying for!
