Comment on agent fees
1 slight downside, there is an admin fee you lose from your deposit if and when you decide to move out. This to me was a little sneaky as I only found this out when signing for my keys after being to get down the line to object to it. Felt like a stealth way to make commission in all honesty. Other than this, very clear and reasonable

Nicola your deposit was held with the DPS and they saw through the return of the deposit. If you have not had it I would suggest you contact them. You had every opportunity after the check out to put your case forward. I have a copy of the DPS repayment advise and you agreed to the repayment, if you hadn't then you and us would have had to present our findings from the check out.
