Fees for tenant finding service were one months rent plus VAT - I find this an acceptable price car to ensure all the references, itinerary and contracts are included.

Pet fees they asked for ‚£150 for us to keep pets at the property, as a deposit, specific word used deposit, then when you leave they describe it as a fee thats non refundable, deceitful doesnt cover it.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond!! That is all we ever really wanted. I understand sometimes you are waiting for information or a response from someone but keep us up to date! Not ignore us for a week and then conveniently have the answer when you get an angry phone call from us. That's the most frustrating part.
