As I can't edit my review I would like to clarify that I didn't mean staff were fighting in a violent way. There was a bit of tension because of the misunderstanding with the keys. I have to say that the agent called us to apologize again and to try to find us a better flat. The fact that people were sleeping in the rooms when we arrived is not the agency's fault, but I was quite shoked that this happened twice in one morning.
