We are sorry you feel you have had to leave a poor review. The service we have offered you has been extremely high throughout your time with us as you have commented verbally and in writing on many occasions. The contract you signed, as you know, was for 20 weeks as we have already discussed this. The contract was a sole agency agreement that is not due to expire until 19th August 2019.
