You will need to pay 1 week's rent as a Holding Deposit to place a property 'under offer' whilst we undertake legal checks (Right to Rent, AML, etc) and references to ensure you and legally entitled to and are able to fulfill the terms of your proposed tenancy. On the basis your tenancy goes ahead as per the originally agreed terms and all parties sign all tenancy related documentation with 14 days of paying the Holding Deposit this will be refunded in full.

Other permitted payments which may apply during your tenancy are as follows:
