Beware of this company, they need constant chasing to get anything done.
We rented from Barrie Alderton for 6 months and it was awful.
-The first mistake was that the written contact said 12 months when we had verbally agreed to 6.
-the house wasn't clean when we moved in, the bathroom was particularly mouldy- the shower curtain was stuck to the bath with mould.
- the house had a number of issues, some of which were sorted, some weren't, but generally I had to email and ring them endles ...
