They got me to put the property on at £100,000 more than it was worth, with a fee based on this, then when the price was reduced wouldn't reduce their fee - its a scam to get more fee's !

I have rented out a property through Bernard Marcus for over 10 years and have had multiple property coordinators manage the property. Hi Laura, I totally agree with your statement. They are extremely unorganised and don't care about tenants. I've made a formal complain at the beginning of my tenancy and one of the answers I've got from them is that they don't work for the tenants, but for the landlords. They have no shame in saying that.
