What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done....something, anything! Contact me. Get back to my emails. Have politer staff who know what they are talking about. Make me feel valued and not totally ripped off. The list if endless of the things they could do better. I honestly can't think of a single thing they actually do well....

The flat was difficult to value in the first instance as no properties in the block had been sold for a while. At first it was put on at ‚£400k but feedback suggested it was overpriced and I was recommended to drop to ‚£375k. This brought in more viewers but as the flat needs a lot of upgrading it went for ‚£350k. I was advised to reject offers at ‚£340k and I was happy that the agency was able to negotiate to ‚£350k.
