As stated previously, ensure you barter for lower fees like those of other agents. Also discuss a 4 week contract otherwise they will lock you in for 20 weeks which is a long time especially if you are trying to sell quickly and would like to move agents.

My, oh my - what a familiar story! We had almost the same experience - except it was worse! Firstly they forced their greasy 'mortgage broker' on us, and then they upped the price!
