View all comments (5) @RJMMD, you say learn from this, but having an estate agent pushing you to complete by a certain date and the supposed buyers threatening to pull out if this was not met, I find it hard to realise why you cannot understand the situation, if you were in my position and you had the move or else aspect, what would you do, I mean moving is stressful enough without added pressure, so how can you sit there hiding behind your keyboard and blame it all on me, when I feel it is 90% the estate agents faul ...

I wrote to complain on 18 March 2010 and was promised a response within a few days when the branch manager replied on 21 March 2001. The first poster states the agent sold the property to another buyer at the last minute and they will never use them again... etc...
