Getting rid of the smarmy, slimy, lazy and unprofessional staff would be a start. Realise that buy to letter landlords are key to selling 2 bed Victorian terraces and treat them with a bit of respect.

A little more honesty and a little humility might go a long way, but maybe just appreciation that it is the seller that is the one that pays him and that is who he needs to treat with a little bit more respect.

Have a complaints procedure which is CLEAR so if you do have one people can see it, be more organised and stick to your self set deadlines! Don't set a deadline if you don't intend on sticking to it!
