This doesn't surprise me. Dealing with estate agents can be horrendous. Sadly, you have to use them to sell/rent/buy property (doing it all by yourself can be just as stressful). I sympathize with your awful experience. The best thing to do is avoid this agency in the future, tell everyone you know how bad they are. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent was useless. She never responded to emails and rarely answered phone calls. She doesn't know the meaning of customer service and seems completely incompetent at being in charge of a branch! I don't know how she got to the position she's in but someone needs to review it because she's certainly lost any further custom from myself or my housemates for Bairstoweves and I advise anyone I can not to have any dealings with them.
