What agent could do to change your mind?
If the vendor didn't want to sell, they shouldn't have accepted our offer. The agent should have informed us earlier about this, communicated better and not waste our time.

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have stopped pushing us to meet their mortgage brokers and accepted that we had made our mind up to use our bank. He should not have tried to make our meeting with their brokers out to be anything else then a business move. We had absolutely all our papers in order also the bank called them to answer any questions. Don't tell me that is not financial approval enough to present the vendor.
Very aggressive and arrogant behavior. He should defiantly work on his people skills and be clear about the intentions he got.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been truthful, not tried at every opportunity to try to latch onto any loophole to get out of providing even the most rudimentary of care and property management - i.e. providing working keys to the doors which were the only means of fire escape.
Kept to their word about permitting permission for early vacation of the property.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have kept promises, been at least 1% efficient and returned calls to prospective tenants. I do not feel this would have been too much to ask from an estate agent!
