We tried Tepilo originally purely for cost as the flat fee was very interesting, although the lack of care in the service is what switched us back to a high street agent. We got a good rate as we switched.

The fees are reasonable. There are agencies with better fees, but do the provide better service??? I dealt with a number of agencies. In my opinion Bairstow Eves deserve the fees they charge, you won't regret paying them.
