A good offer on fees was struck on day one and were agreed, and even after all the problems and time involved in the sale I was never asked to renegotiate my agreement.

Very unprofessional and dishonest service. Pick and choosing of tenancy law. Like to take large amount of cash unofficially. Happy to work with rogue landlords and have a very pushy approach. Avoid and take your business elsewhere....
