Mr. M, I am so sorry that you have had a series of unfortunate incidents in relation to your letting of a property. The review you have left is for Atwell Martin in Plymouth, Devon which is a separate stand alone business and we don't cover the North East of England at all, in fact we rarely venture past Ivybridge. What agent could do to change your mind?
Maintenance companies will often inflate their costs expecially if they think that the landlord wil not even notice or care. Atwell Martin should aim to to get vaue for money for their client (the landlord). It takes jsut two minutes to Google and find our the going rate for white goods. They are lazy in the extreme making no effort to ensure quote is reasonable. This is the reason I am leaving them. If they gave evidence of challengin their maintenance companies I might reconsider. However, every alternative letting agent I have contacted so far has lower charges, so they'd probably have to lower their charges a little to keep me.Attached Filesnbsp;
