Thank you for your review. Your offer was 30k lower than the asking price and was rejected by the sellers, you could have increased but did not. We were aware that you were to view but our first viewing overran. These things can sometimes happen, especially in the current Covid climate, where the market is exceptionally busy but many agents were/are operating on skeleton staff basis due to staff being furloughed.
