Maybe look to see how other agents are getting it right. Ms Watkin (what the hell have I got myself into) will probably copy and paste the usual reply, but unfortunately that only works when you have competent and worthy employees who are committed. Atlantis clearly don't! A copy and paste reply is not needed.

Agree with RS - this is a agency full of lies and most disrespectfull to their clients! And of course - they make sure that you pay your fees (enourmous list of these, wonder how soon they will charge for picking up the phone?) and have no interest to call the tenant even after so many complaints about the roof leak, which was sorted out only when landlord stepped in. Since posting my original review I felt it only fair to add an update. As I was reading the comments about Atlantis I found Andrew Strong's details and contacted him direct out of desperation. As one is led to believe from his comments on other negative reviews he takes such things seriously and indeed he was true to his word. However, whilst we were certainly not perfect during the process the only reason why your Tenancy did not proceed when it should have is solely down to the actual Landlord of the property. To ensure that your interests are protected, in the unlikely event that we do not provide the service you were expecting, we offer both an internal and external complaints procedure.

Internal Complaints Procedure

If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to “The Property Manager” at:

The grievance will be acknowledged immediately, investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures, and a reply sent to the complainant within twenty-one days of receipt of the letter.
