Yeah sorry to hear all this Adam, And CB - it's nto just "Anog" who can be found at their offices but also Marie, Rob, Norman and Peter!! They could have at least used original usernames. Wait till my review gets posted guys, it's a beauty. Shame to be so negative about a company but it all rings true and I just want people to see what they are dealing with should they decide (insanely) to go ahead and use them anyway. ...

Okay let me see... I had to deal with about 10 different people who kept telling me different reasons about why I hadn't received my deposit back yet after I had been told that I was due back several hundred pounds, never did get it back I gave up in the end, one of those people was Andrew. I am very glad I got a quick response from the Managing Director himself in regards to my negative comment. He was very helpful and understand. A true professional. He advised me very clearly on the procedures of ending my agreement early with reduced hassle, which I'm very happy about. I couldn't agree with you more. They provided a very bare-bones inventory, which hardly reflected the deficiencies with the apartment. On one of the quarterly visits, they had the nerve to tell me to get some professional to replaster the bathroom ceiling, when it was in the same condition when I moved in. I still cannot believe they charge to provide a reference. I will NEVER use Atlantis again and will make sure I spread the news to everyone I know. ...

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). To ensure that your interests are protected, in the unlikely event that we do not provide the service you were expecting, we offer both an internal and external complaints procedure.

Internal Complaints Procedure

If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to “The Property Manager” at:

The grievance will be acknowledged immediately, investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures, and a reply sent to the complainant within twenty-one days of receipt of the letter.

If, however, you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please write to

The Senior Manager and his/her team will thoroughly investigate your complaint, and the results of the complaint at branch level, and will reply within twenty-one days of receipt of your letter. External Complaints Procedure

If you remain dissatisfied, Atlantis Property Services Limited will recommend mediation services through ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) or The Property Ombudsman.
