Our friendly and courteous staff have extensive experience and a broad knowledge of Newham, so they are able help you find the most suitable property in the best area for you.

During the valuation, our highly trained member of staff will evaluate all the key features and benefits of your home. Measurements will be taken to establish room sizes and give a better understanding of the complexity of your home, from this, along with years of market knowledge and current comparable information; our valuer will be able to make a precise and positive valuation of your home. At this point you will be given a full break down and talk about all the costs, ideas and options that could affect you, so that you are able to make a fully informed decision in regards to your home.

Upon making your decision to use Aston Fox our highly trained member of staff will re-visit your property and convene the marketing process. At this point, high quality, professional digital photographs will be taken and all the relevant paperwork and terms and conditions will be explained and discussed with you. A state of the art floor plan and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be ordered if you have chosen this option through Aston Fox. We will agree a comprehensive strategy which will give you the best options to achieve the maximum value for your home!

During the marketing process, our team will keep you informed of all movements, interest and feedback that concern your home. Once offers are received on your property, they will be negotiated by a senior person within the office who has the experience and knowledge to negotiate you the highest possible price.

We will provide a professional and honest opinion for you and act in your best interest at all times.

There were many obstacles to get to completion as the vendor was overseas making enquires more difficult to be resolved. Paul and Matt managed to overcome all these obstacles within 2 weeks by being proactive with the vendor and seller's solicitors. We are happy with the whole process as Aston Fox were very accommodating to our demands such as allowing us to view the property three times for measuring and taking pics. Thank you Aston Fox. ...

I begrudged paying an introductory fee of 2% which increased my overall expenditure. I would not have proceeded with the purchase had I not made a saving on commission fees on my sale (having used an online estate agent). I certainly would not have paid a percentage on both my sale and my purchase even for the right property.
