Avoid like the plague. They gave us the neighbours from hell, lied about managing the property and won't even reply to official complaints. Before the current neighbours from hell moved in the house was used as a canabis farm.

You do not need to apologise for defending "the company you work for" however, you should apologise for arguing further with customers who have had a negative experience with your staff. Until an investigation has taken place via a formal complaints procedure you really shouldn't be defending your company either lol so you will defend your company regardless of whether they are in the right or wrong? Well good luck to the landlord missing 3 months rent then eh! ...
