We stayed with Ascent Lettings for 4.5 years and enjoyed our tenancy with them. Whenever anything broke (washing machine, boiler etc) the issues were addressed quickly, usually within 2 days. We found Rob and Emily to be courteous and very reasonable to deal with and we were ...

Affordable rent which only went up once (by about £20) in 4.5 years in order to accommodate grounds service charge.

I rented from Ascent for about 7 years. Rob was always on top of things, always positive and very quick to react. The property was maintained to a high standard and rent was fair. I'd rent from them again, hands down....

What agent could do to change your mind?
If they requested to enter my property on a certain date, rather than dictating to me when they would enter and leaving it to me to object, I would have reviewed very positively. However, the constant disregard for tenants' privacy was stressful and inconvenient and as it stands I would not rent with them again.
