Pet addendum was around £70 I believe, which I think is pretty expensive given I only had a leopard gecko, which doesn't have any impact on the property as it is in a cage all the time. I would only expect a charge like this for a cat, dog, hamster etc. Fees for all letting agencies are expensive, so there's not much difference. The way they handled the checkout cleaning costs was good.
