This is backed up by our in-office admin team, utilising the latest software management systems. What agent could do to change your mind?
Care for your tenants. Most are students so do not take advantage. The better you are to them, the more flats you'll be able to let because you will not get bad reviews like everybody has given you on this site.

I am very sorry that you have had less than satisfactory service from us and can only assure you that this is not how we like to work. With regard to your cleaning I am sorry that there had to be a deduction from your deposit but unfortunately we must make sure that the property is ready for the next tenant and so engaged cleaners to carry this out. It is the cleaners who were paid for doing this, Arden does not make any charges to the tenants for organising these works on their behalf. ...

HI Daniel, I am very sorry that you have had such a bad experience with Arden. We endeavour to deal with all maintenance issues as quickly as possible. With regard to changes during a property we do encourage all items to be agreed prior to deposit being taken in order that all parties have a clear understanding. ...

The contents of your review speak straight to my experience with them. They need countless attempts at contact in order to solve ANY issue and they SELDOM send in professionals to do that. I believe landlords are perfectly happy with them, though, as it is the tenants whom they're after. Indeed, ask for receipts EVERY time Arden says they'll do something for which you'll have to pay and keep recordings or copies of ALL communication you have with them. The content of this comment is simply not true, Arden Property Management has never and would never withold any deposit unless works which were the responsibility of that tenant were to be paid for. Furthermore I'm pretty sure that I have never spoken with this individual but would be happy to do so should they wish to contact the office. Catriona ...
