This is backed up by our in-office admin team, utilising the latest software management systems. This is something that we do take very seriously on our quarterly property visits. if however you feel that more attention is required in your property then I would be happy to do more frequent visits at no extra charge to you. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
If this agent kept an accurate up to date inventory,signed by the tenants on entry,and kept to the spirit of the Tenancy Deposits Scheme Scotland regulations,there would be no issue.

I am sorry that you have had a poor experience with our company, we normally respond to repairs ASAP as it is no ones interests for problems to linger. I am afraid the property wasn't spotless and did take pictures to back this up, it is a large property and a big job to clean thoroughly. To conclude things the review above did prompt action from Arden and things improved markedly when Ms Waugh got involved. They did resolve the issue of the insurance excess which was good. Prior to the incident there were no signs of leaks in the property I let as I inspect it regularly and don't rely on reports from my tenants. ...
